1. The service
SellSense is a profit-calculation and financial-tracking tool for digital businesses. We provide the software "as is" to help you estimate net profit from the figures you enter.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person = one account. Sharing credentials is not allowed.
3. Plans & payments
- Free plan: 1 active project and 3 saved periods, at no cost.
- Pro trial: 14 days of full Pro features, no credit card required. After the trial, you revert to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
- Pro: unlimited projects and full history. Billed monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($99.99) via Stripe. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Renewals are automatic unless cancelled.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape other users' data, or abuse the service (spam, attacks, unlawful activity).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter; SellSense is a calculation aid, not financial advice.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that compromise service security.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellSense is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.

4. Utilisation acceptable
Interdiction de contourner les limites, d'accéder aux données d'autrui ou d'abuser du service. SellSense est une aide au calcul, pas un conseil financier.
5. Résiliation
Supprimez votre compte à tout moment depuis le tableau de bord.
6. Responsabilité
Dans la mesure permise par la loi, SellSense n'est pas responsable des pertes indirectes ; notre responsabilité est limitée aux montants payés sur les 12 derniers mois.
